Our management
The long tradition, the exceptional quality standards, the high vertical range of manufacture and demanding customers are an obligation for the management. It meets this challenge with a high level of expertise, proximity to day-to-day business and responsible action. The hierarchies are flat and the connection with the Bavarian region in the Munich technology belt is palpable. Our management board consists of experienced specialists who each personally ensure that Dr. Mach luminaires are unmistakable.
Our team
It's easy to see that Dr. Mach is a family business: most of the more than 140 employees have been with the company for many years and decades, often in the second generation.
