Electrical Engineer (m/f/d)

Your professional inclination consists of...

...Design, develop, and test electrical circuits and components
...Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and clinical experts, to develop integrated solutions
...Create and review detailed electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams
...Select and evaluate components to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with medical standards
...Develop and implement test plans for electrical systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as IEC 60601(ISO 13485, ISO 14971) Unit and Modul Testing
...Unit and module testing
...Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring the safety and performance of medical devices
...Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO 13485
...Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to ensure robust and reliable designs
...Document design processes, test results, and technical specifications for regulatory submissions
... Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering and medical device development

Your profile consists:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification with a focus on electrical engineering
Proficiency in designing and developing analog and digital circuits, including microcontroller-based systems
Experience with PCB design and layout tools, such as Altium Designer or Eagle
Familiarity with medical device development standards, such as IEC 60601, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on patient safety and device reliability
Excellent communication (German and English) and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
Experience with simulation and analysis tools, such as SPICE or MATLAB
Self-motivated and “can do” attitude, a willing to be flexible, with an ability to adapt to change
Reliable and trustworthy
